Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our Main Office/Office Services Department. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and will represent the company in a professional manner. The position involves answering calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
Route calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist callers with general inquiries.
Greet and announce office visitors.
Retrieve and distribute messages from general delivery voicemail.
Receive, open, date stamp, and distribute all U.S. Mail.
Post all outgoing U.S. Mail and replenish the postage meter when needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby, reception desk, kitchen, and conference rooms.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties effectively.
