Are you a hard-working individual with a passion for supporting student success and well-being? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a compassionate and motivated Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts situated in beautiful Cromwell, CT. As a Paraprofessional in Cromwell, youll work closely with teachers to provide additional support and guidance for students with diverse learning and behavioralneeds in a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • Openings K-12 (will be allowed to select age preference upon interview)
  • Interviewing ASAP
  • In-person position only
  • ASAP start - end of school year
  • The ideal candidate will have school or clinic experience listed and highlighted on their resume

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • School or Clinic experience
  • Comfortable with toileting, feeding, and lifting if asked to do so
  • Experience working with disabilities and behaviors is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
