We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near St. Helen,California. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their early development. You will be working 1-on-1 with a PreK student, providing direct support and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-on-1 behavioral support to a PreK student.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Communicate effectively with the student's family and team members regarding progress and any concerns.
  • Assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT Certification is required.
  • Experience working with young children, especially in a 1-on-1 setting, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping children with developmental needs reach their full potential.
