Sales Representative


*This is a hybrid position- we are looking for candidates to work in the Crowley area and surrounding cities*

The position involves zoom meetings and face-to-face interactions with customers. Commuting to the office is not required.


Waldorf Garrison is an outsourced sales firm. Large companies come to us to help attract and retain customers in any given market around the U.S. After 5 years of experience, we have developed a strong team and opened our location here in Crowley. Our company was created simply due to a need. A need for our client to find new customers in the area. Although we gain our client's thousands of new customers in a year, the customer gets an experience that makes them feel like our only customers. We meet with each person individually to discuss their needs.

We are now hiring a full-time sales representative to help fulfill the need to expand our client's customer base.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct daily sales appointments with customers
  • Opening new accounts and upgrading existing accounts for customers
  • Daily involvement in a collaborative work environment
  • Potential to grow and develop (many of our Senior Leadership started in these roles)
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks
  • Lead management 
  • Follow all outlined requirements for contact and sales.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of customer-focused or sales experience
  • Associates Degree+
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment


Nice to Have:

  • Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
  • Public speaking experience
  • Training experience
