Job Summary:
As a School LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of students. You will work closely with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure students receive the care they need to succeed in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Monitor and document students health conditions, maintaining accurate records.
• Implement individualized health plans for students with medical needs.
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.
• Ensure compliance with state healthcare regulations and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Illinois.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based nursing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies with professionalism and care.
