Location: Wayne, NJ- 100% onsite

Schedule: M-F 9a-5p

Duration/Type: Contract (3 months)

Job Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Medical receptionist. This position is based in Wayne, NJ and requires 100% on-site presence. This is a temporary position covering a 3 month medical leave.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones (high volume, multiline system)

    • Putting people on hold and transferring

    • Mostly communicating with nurses and patients

  • Heavy medical records & medical documentation; scanning notes from Physicians into the system

  • Scanning and Faxing orders from Physicians and from the pharmacy

  • Mail & sorting to different departments

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of medical front office/Medical Records/ Medical receptionist experience is required

  • High Volume Phone experience is required

  • Looking for someone who is computer savvy, who has experience utilizing an EMR

  • Prior Medical Records and Pharmacy Order experience required

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
