Growing company in the service industry has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator This Contracts Administrator will join the legal team and assist with the contracts lifecycle. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be involved in drafting and reviewing contracts for sales and procurement, utilizing Salesforce, and ensuring all contracts comply with regulations and meet the needs of our organization. This position is 100% remote, candidates local to the Bay Area and able to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule are preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of contracts administration experience, including experience with contract review and redlining.


Responsibilities:


• Draft and review sales and procurement contracts to ensure they are legally sound and align with company objectives

• Use Salesforce platform to manage and track contracts throughout their lifecycle

• Respond promptly to inquiries about contracts and provide necessary information

• Ensure all contracts are processed and recorded accurately for future reference

• Monitor contract progress, identify issues and take appropriate action to resolve them

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure contracts are executed as planned

• Update and maintain accurate records of all contracts and related customer information

• Review contracts to identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all contracts comply with regulations and company policies

• Provide training and support to team members on contract administration procedures when necessary

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience in contract administration

• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and facilitating contracts

• Proficient in Salesforce platform is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously
