Junior Accountant

Burlingame, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Process cash disbursements and incoming receipts in online banking system

• Prepare daily cash reconciliations for all cash accounts

• Prepare and maintain intercompany payables and receivables reconciliations

• Assist Controller with interim & year-end audit preparation

• Prepare and distribute annual 1099 IRS forms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of Accounts payable experience

• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills

• Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles

• Detail oriented

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a huge plus
