Inventory Clerk

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk in Wallingford, Connecticut, United States. In this role, you'll be expected to manage and organize stock in the warehouse, process and document orders, and maintain clear reports about the stock status.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with procurement staff to prepare for expected deliveries
• Ensure the accurate receiving, unloading, and shelving of supplies
• Regularly perform spot-checks of inventory levels in the storage area
• Manage and keep track of orders received and deliveries made
• Assist in carrying out inventory audits when required
• Coordinate and manage information related to understock and overstock situations
• Maintain comprehensive and clear reports about the current stock status
• Use skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Auditing, Charts - Graphs, Clerical Duties to efficiently carry out tasks.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Cerner Technologies
• Knowledge of Epic Software applications
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of ERP Solutions
• Ability to use About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Strong auditing skills
• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs
• Proven experience in performing clerical duties
