As a Loan Closer - Support, you will have a significant role in supporting the closing department of our organization and handling various tasks related to loan documents.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry of mortgage-related documents
• Ensuring the proper scanning and filing of loan documents
• Updating and rectifying any issues with loan documents in a timely manner
• Providing comprehensive support to the closing department in its operations
• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit
• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions as needed
• Resolving customer inquiries related to loan closing in a professional manner
• Utilizing your skills in data entry to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Must possess strong Data Entry skills• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with loan processing and closing procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of financial and lending practices
