Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct K-12 psychological evaluations as needed, primarily for special education eligibility and related assessments.
  • Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding student needs.
  • Handle approximately 10 evaluations initially, with additional evaluations on an as-needed basis.
  • Ensure all evaluations are completed in a timely manner and meet legal and district requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active School Psychologist certification in New York.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
  • Experience with K-12 evaluations and ability to work independently.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
