Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time role with guaranteed weekly hours for direct and indirect services
  • Provide speech therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create tailored therapy plans
  • Engage with students with a range of munication needs, including speech sound disorders, language impairments, and social munication challenges
  • Opportunity to develop and deliver Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Collaborate in team meetings to ensure the best outes for each student
  • petitive hourly rate with guaranteed weekly pay, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits

What Were Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Washington state SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • ASHA CCC preferred, though CF candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued but not required
  • Strong munication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
