Job Responsibilities:
- Standing 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic-powered assembly/shuttle line.
- Handling circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.
- Reading job sheets to understand which parts to place and where.
- Placing dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins by hand into circuit boards.
- Operator A: Standing at work station putting parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards.
- Operator B: Operating SMT machines or running testing machines on finished boards.
- Operator C: Soldering work all day.
Hard Skills- Minimum 1 year work experience in production/manufacturing environment (Operator A)
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a CNC, SMT or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work (Operator B)
- Ability to read from job sheets (Operator B)
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a solderer (Operator C)
- Ability to work with small parts and have good hand dexterity
- Ability to work on Saturdays
This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Holly, Michigan.
Work EnvironmentEntire production floor is clean room rated. Quiet environment as everything is moved by pallet jacks. Air-conditioned facility. 2nd Shift: 3 p.m.-11 p.m. / 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Must be available to work Saturdays as needed. Benefits include weekly pay through Aerotek, a relaxed and efficient work environment. Extremely easy/ergonomic work in a very clean and quiet work environment with no hi-lo or fork trucks on the floor; everything is moved by pallet jacks.
