Join Our Team: Bilingual Safety Supervisor Needed in a Dynamic Food Processing Environment
Location: North Chesterfield, VA

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to enhance safety protocols within our food processing plant. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to a safe, health-compliant work environment, focusing on minimizing risks and fostering a culture of safety at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Oversee and update safety programs aligning with industry and company standards.
  • Training Leadership: Conduct comprehensive safety training sessions covering emergency procedures, safety practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Risk and Compliance Oversight: Regularly perform risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure adherence to OSHA standards and food safety regulations.
  • Incident Response: Investigate incidents to identify causes and develop preventative strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of safety operations and communicate key safety performance metrics to management.

What We Require:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in safety supervision (preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and food safety best practices.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities; bilingual proficiency is a must.
  • Education & Certifications: Relevant field education or certifications (preferred but not required).

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 12 hrs / 6 PM – 6 AM
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
