ProCare Therapy is looking for a School Psychologist contract job for our charter school in Great Falls, MTThis is a full-time, on-site position startingASAP As a School Psychologist at this school, you will provide comprehensive psychological support to K-12 students who are deaf and blind. You will be instrumental in helping students achieve their fullest potential and ensuring their emotional and psychological well-being.

Location: Great Falls, MT
Job Type: Full-time School Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret evaluation results and provide recommendations for educational planning and interventions.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies.
• Work with students, families, and school staff to address and resolve conflicts and behavioral concerns.
• Stay current with research and best practices in school psychology, particularly related to deaf and blind education.
• Advocate for students needs and promote awareness of their unique challenges within the school community.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Montana.

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a School Psychologistis preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological assessments and interventions.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
• Patience and empathy when working with students who face unique challenges.
• A passion for supporting the educational and emotional growth of students with sensory impairments.
• Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, mental health, and education.

Salary and Benefits:

• Weekly Pay
• $40-$55hourly rate. Pay range dependent on experience and school district budget.
