Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the city of PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be expected to handle various tasks related to Trusts and Estates, Civil Litigation, and Document Management. Your role will also involve briefing, complaint handling, and estate planning, using your Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft skills.

Responsibilities:
• Handle civil litigation cases with precision and professionalism
• Manage and organize documents using Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools
• Prepare and present legal briefings as needed
• Address and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Plan and manage estates in accordance with legal requirements
• Utilize Microsoft tools for various tasks and procedures
• Engage in the planning and execution of trusts and estates
• Leverage your Excel skills for efficient data management and analysis
• Engage with department heads and other team members effectively.• Must possess a valid license to practice law.
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat is required for document handling purposes.
• Proficiency in Document Management is necessary for efficient case handling.
• Must have experience in Briefing to effectively communicate case details.
• Understanding and experience in Civil Litigation is required.
• Complaint Handling skills are required for managing client issues.
• Knowledge of Estate Planning is necessary for dealing with inheritance-related cases.
• Familiarity with Trusts and Estates law is a must for managing related legal procedures.
