Key Responsibilities

• Repack products into smaller bins with precision and care.
• Utilize a computer for accurate data entry and inventory management.
• Operate an RF Scanner efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Participate in general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience: 6+ months in a warehouse or a solid work history.
• Computer Skills: Basic literacy to effectively manage data entry tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in packaging and inventory.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and comfortable wearing steel-toed shoes/boots at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, kitting, and packaging is a plus.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.

Work Environment

• Clean and Organized: Our warehouse is well-lit and meticulously maintained.
  • Flexible Shifts:1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm (often extending to 5 am - 3:30 pm)
  • 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11:30 pm
  • Weekend Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday
• Overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays and during the week, allowing you to maximize your earnings

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.00
