Financial Analyst

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Longwood, Florida. As part of our team, the Financial Analyst will be involved in complex financial modelling, planning, variance analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting. This role also requires managing 1-on-1 calls with operations managers and requires a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the annual operating plans and forecasts preparation, ensuring comprehensive and accurate planning

• Conduct complex financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities aiding in decision-making

• Generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management

• Drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards

• Regularly present financial data, metrics, and reports to management

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Accounting Functions for financial analysis and reporting

• Conduct Auditing and manage Budget Processes

• Recent and relevant experience as a Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
