SLP Opportunity in Van Buren, AR

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an exciting contract opportunity in Van Buren, AR?

Soliant is partnering with a distinguished school district and is currently seeking a part- or full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide support to schools in Van Buren. Detailed information about the district and specific school assignments will be provided during an interview with school administrators, following a successful phone screening with Soliant representatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munications Disorders
  • Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology License

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students referred for potential speech and language disorders.
  • Participate actively in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to assess student eligibility and establish goals.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for students diagnosed with speech and language impairments.
  • Develop and present personalized education plans to parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and caseload management.
  • Organize and manage student caseload efficiently, creating schedules tailored to each assigned school.
  • Develop and implement resource materials to enhance speech and language development.

  • Knowledge of Arkansas Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in educational settings
