Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will provide therapy and assessments for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. This is a full-time position based in Virginia, but fully remote with the correct licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide speech therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with families, and teachersto ensure the best outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention techniques.
  • Experience with pediatricpopulations, school experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
