Balance is now Hiring Picker/Packers for a well-known company in Fresno, CA.

Picker packers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the order

 

Location: Fresno, CA
Peak Season: October - January

• Base Pay: $17.00/hour
• Base Pay is $17 for picker/packers with shift diff for nights $17.50, and weekend $18.50/hr

Positions Available:

• Pick/Packer

Job Duties:

• Lifting, walking, and bending
• Pushing carts using handheld vocal headsets
• Working in a warm and clean warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Prefer Local Candidates: Strict attendance policy
• Attendance: Punctuality is critical; strict attendance policy in place (4 points = termination)
• Start Times: Start time varies; must be available to start on Monday for Mon-Thurs shifts or on Friday for Fri-Sun shifts
• Shifts:
• Mon-Thurs: 4x10 (morning and evening shifts)
• Fri-Sun: 3x12 (morning and evening shifts)
• Shift Differential: Applicable

Work Environment:

• Dress Code: Work-appropriate attire; no crocs, dangling jewelry, or long nails. Tattoos must be covered.
• Personal Items: Lip gloss and other items will be checked by security and marked with a sticker
• Security: Metal detector at entry/exit, clear bags only, and PPEs provided (gloves)
• Lockers: Provided for personal items
• Timeclock: Clock in onsite
• Family Members: Cannot work in the same department; must get clearance before returning if previously employed

Orientation:

• Orientation lasts approximately 1 hour

Overtime: Available
