Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - 1099 Contract Position

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote 1099 contract position.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist at VocoVision, you will provide tailored speech therapy services to students in Georgia through a secure, online platform. This is a flexible, 1099 contract role, offering the convenience of working from home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language evaluations for students in need of therapy services.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans to address each students unique needs and goals.
  • Provide live, virtual therapy sessions through our teletherapy platform.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, adhering to school policies and legal standards.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school staff regarding student progress and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Georgia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment methods, and therapy techniques.
  • Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms to deliver therapy services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
