Are you searching for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for Sr. Repair Station Assemblers to join our first shift team in Kirkland, Washington. With a competitive pay rate of 22.50 - 31 hour, and 4 day work week this is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals ready to take their expertise to the next level

What’s the Job?

As a Sr. Repair Station Assembler, you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects, rotating between various project cells. One day, you could be working on high-power assemblies; the next, handling flight-critical products. This flexible role offers a chance to work on multiple exciting projects while mentoring and training others.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform advanced assembly and rework tasks like wire splicing, crimping, lead/lead-free soldering, and component removal

  • Work with complex assemblies, including high-power, flight-critical, and APC products

  • Mentor and train other assemblers in rework and soldering applications

  • Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining tight tolerances to technical specifications (drawings, schematics, etc.)

  • Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams as needed

  • Work from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components

  • Support pre-production projects by performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks

  • Assist with NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering projects when required

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering

  • Certifications: If you already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torquing certifications, that's awesome If not, don’t worry—you’ll earn those, plus IPC-A-610 and more.

  • Problem-solving skills: You can spot and fix issues quickly and efficiently.
