Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for a rewardingopportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with behavioral needs? ProCare Therapy is currently looking foran experienced and compassionate BCBA to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the vibrant community of Crestwood, Illinois. As a key member of the special education department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition, social development, and independence for students with autism and related disabilities.

Job Description
- Full time
- M-F
- Responsible for providing ongoing consultation, support, and training to cllasroom and related service staff onstructuring the classroom environment, scheduling and planning activities, adapting materials, providing effective teaching and classroom management strategies, assisting with implementation of structured tasks, developing social skills and sensory groups. data collection, and implementation of picture exchangestrategies, ABA, VBI, and structured teaching methodologies, and development and implementation of behavior management plans.

Job Requirements
- Current and Active National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
