Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing various electronic products used in the dental industry. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and a stable first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic products such as ultrasonic cleaners, LED curing lights, sterilizing ovens, high-frequency electro-surgical devices, and dental scalers.
  • Perform acceptance testing of products after repair and complete associated documentation.
  • Work with schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
  • Employ troubleshooting techniques using electrical meters, scopes, high voltage leak detection equipment, and other devices.
  • Conduct mechanical repair and assembly of equipment.
  • Disassemble and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Document defects and issues.
  • Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • Solder and desolder components.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with electro-mechanical, electronic assembly, and repair.
  • Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work with schematics, mechanical components, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in testing circuits and working with printed circuit boards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronics repair.
  • Understanding of blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment
