Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in North Brookfield, MA. This school-based role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with students and applying effective therapy methods to support academic and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges in students.
  • Design and implement customized therapy plans based on individual student needs.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to help students achieve communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to reinforce student progress and share strategies.
  • Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to contribute to goal-setting and review processes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
