Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Westfield, IN
Pay: Competitive rate

Position Overview:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard school hours
As a Paraprofessional in Westfield, IN, you will:

Assist teachers in implementing educational plans and classroom activities
Provide support to students with academic and behavioral needs
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning and provide additional assistance
Monitor and document student progress and behavior
