Accounting Clerk

OneSource has a client seeking an Experienced Accounting Clerk in the Middleburg, PA. area.

This is a Direct Hire position for Day shift, 40 hours weekly.

• Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 4:15 pm
• Friday, from 7:00 am to 12 Noon

 Starting pay is $22 / hr. up to $25 /hr. based on your experience and proven ability.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of (2) years of Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is 
• Experienced with Accounts Receivables & Payables.
• Miscellaneous Account Reconciliations.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience is a plus).
• Payroll & Payroll Tax Filings.

Job Duties:  You would work in an office setting within a Production/Construction Facility.

• Use ERP software (Great Plains) & company software to sort & match invoices.
• Professional telephone use as part of job duties.
• Generate reports and assist in tracking jobs.
• Special Projects as designated.

 Requirements:
