A New Building in San Luis Obispo is looking for Food Service Workers. Cooks, Dish Washers and General Workers to join the team This is a long term opportunity.

 

 Job Description
  • Prepare high-quality food items based on standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
  • Ensure correct portioning, adherence to quality standards, and attractive presentation.
  • Taste all prepared food items to maintain quality.
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service.
  • Maintain records from the area worked during service periods.
  • Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures.
  • Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Participate in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
  • Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly.
  • Attend safety meetings and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
  • Perform job duties safely while ensuring a clean work environment.

$19-24

Pay is depending on experience

2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm

You would have to be open to working weekends as well for this position.
