Location: Must be local to Chicago but REMOTE

  • Could be asked to go on site 2-3 days per week

Duration: 6-month contract, extensions and conversion are possible

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour 

Hours: M-F 8:30-5:00

 

Must Haves

-2 full years of continuous BA experience (could be a combination of Data Analytics, Business Analytic roles, etc. not internship experience)

-Strong background with Excel – Ability to perform V Look Ups, Pivot Tables, Power Queries and if/than statements – no training on Excel will be provided

-Prior experience with inventory management, client services and data analytics

-Bachelor’s degree

-Knowledge of healthcare and previous direct support of healthcare clients

 

Plusses

-Experience with Salesforce as a workflow management tool

-Healthcare experience

-340B experience

 

Must Haves

Insight Global is seeking five Business Analysts to join a retail pharmacy company based out of Chicago, IL. These Business Analysts will be supporting a federally regulated program to support non-profit hospitals and health centers. The Business Analysts will be responsible for the implementation plans for future programs and business models. The program supports over 2,000 clients and are expected to be extremely analytical working with multiple spreadsheets, data downloads from reports, inventory replenishment process and overall understanding the program and how it applies to the program. They will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with clients, conducting program reviews and provide the required services that meet the client's needs. They will leverage cross-functional support teams to solicit and interpret various data streams and communicate business results and trends that relate to the client and their overall program performance. The BA will be responsible for information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems.
