ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an elementary school in Rancho Santa Fe, California, near San Diego. This position involves working 15-16 hours per week, with a Tuesday and Thursday work schedule. The role is for the full 2024-25 school year.

Position Details:

  • Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA (Near San Diego)
  • Job Type: Part-time, 15-16 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Caseload: Elementary students
  • School Year: Full 2024-25 school year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active OT license in California.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
