Job Title: Paraprofessional (Contract)
Location: Cedarburg, WI
Pay Rate: $18 - $25/hr(based on experience)

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate paraprofessional for a contract position in Cedarburg, WI. In this role, you will support classroom instruction, assist students with special needs, and help create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to teachers in the classroom.
• Assist students with special needs, adhering to their individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Ensure a safe and structured classroom environment.
• Monitor and redirect student behavior as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Paraprofessional certification or a minimum of 60 college credits (required).
• Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting student growth.
