Job Title: Associate Maintenance Tech

Job Description:

We have openings for Maintenance Technicians. Key responsibilities include reading ladder logic on PLCs and troubleshooting accordingly, working extensively with hydraulics and pneumatics, performing preventative maintenance on machinery, working with 480v, and responding to equipment breakdowns.

Skills

  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls
  • Intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls
  • Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)
  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Work Environment

  • The facility is a new, clean, and climate-controlled
  • $24-27.75
  • Direct hire - NO contract period

Needed Abilities:

  • Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.
  • Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.
  • Ability to align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates with the potential to operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.
