Data Entry Clerk / Coordinator



We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Education industry based in Englewood, Colorado. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of curriculum management, ensuring the accurate updating and maintenance of our database, and providing administrative support to teaching staff.



Responsibilities:


• Liaise with student residency sites to gather contact details of relevant managers for students


• Dispatch student evaluations in a timely manner


• Oversee the management of student projects in the database, including uploading completed projects for teacher access


• Accurately record student attendance


• Assist teaching staff by facilitating polls and collating the data into spreadsheets


• Utilize Microsoft Word for document creation and editing


• Employ Microsoft Excel to track, maintain, and update data in spreadsheets


• Ensure smooth communication with teachers and departments on various projects


• Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all tasks performed.

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• Proficiency in Data Entry is required.


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.


• Ability to manage and create spreadsheets is crucial.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Good written and verbal communication abilities.


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
