Responsibilities:
• Perform basic filing tasks to ensure the smooth running of legal operations.
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, for various administrative tasks.
• Handle and process legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize LexisNexis and other management systems to conduct legal research or process information.
• Manage calendar schedules for legal personnel, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.
• Provide briefing services to legal personnel for case preparation.
• Handle dictation tasks, transcribing legal correspondence and documents as needed.
• Manage billing functions related to legal services provided.
• Assist in customer service duties, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Maintain and update accurate customer credit records.

• Experience with LexisNexis legal research software
• Familiarity with a management system, preferably in a legal setting

• Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
• Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
