Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening - School District Near Moses Lake, WA for the 24/25 School Year
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position within a school district near Moses Lake, WA. This position is for the duration of the 2024/2025 school year, starting in October 2024 and concluding in June 2025. The SLP will work with a caseload consisting of students from Kindergarten to 12th grade, approximately 60 students in total.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students across a wide range of ages and needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' munication abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
- Deliver therapy services to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Valid Washington state Speech-Language Pathology licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification or eligibility for certification.
- Previous experience working with a diverse caseload of students preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
