PRN Pharmacist - Independent/LTC Pharmacy - West Lafayette, INRPH on the go is looking for pharmacists seeking flexible opportunities to contribute their expertise atan independent long-term care pharmacy on a PRN basis.

Duties:

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide patient counseling to ensure proper medication use.

Schedule/Shift:

  • Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Coverage Dates:
    • January 31st.
    • February 5th, 6th, 7th.
    • February 12th, 13th, 14th.

Requirements:

  • Active IN State Pharmacist License in good standing, with no negative history.
  • Previous Retail/LTC experience preferred.

Program System:

  • RX30 (training provided if needed).
  • Volume: 80-100 prescriptions/day.
