Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in classroom management, providing individualized support to students
  • Work with teachers and staff to implement lesson plans and behavioral strategies
  • Utilize ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques as needed (experience preferred)
  • Support students with special needs, fostering a safe and productive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required
  • Experience: School experience preferred; ABA experience is a plus
