Job Description

Seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Lead to perform leadership, preventative, and reactive mechanical/electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase. You'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the 3rd shift team. Equipment includes saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, air compressors, etc. You'll be responsible for leading the night shift maintenance technicians which consists primarily of PM work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the 3rd shift maintenance team.
  • Perform preventative and reactive mechanical/electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase.
  • Maintain and repair equipment such as saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, air compressors, etc.
  • Lead and manage night shift maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee PM work and ensure timely completion.
Essential Skills
  • Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Experience.
  • Strong electrical capabilities up to 480v 3-phase.
  • Leadership experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • PLC troubleshooting, editing, and programming.
  • Ability to train and teach others (Line Techs).
