Preschool Teacher

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about fostering early childhood development and creating a nurturing environment for young learners? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher for a full-time, year-long contract position in Naples, FL. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to support and guide preschoolers as they embark on their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and track individual student progress, providing feedback and support tailored to each childs needs.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school staff to promote a positive and effective learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Valid Florida teaching certification or equivalent qualifications for preschool education.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent munication and organizational skills, with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
