Caseload: Approximately 50-60 students

Requirements: Oklahoma SLP license + Teaching certification required

ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Marlow, OK. This role involves working with students across different grade levels, focusing on helping them improve their speech and language skills. The majority of the caseload consists of students in grades PK-5, but there may be some students from higher grades as well. The Marlow school district offers a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer support for students in need of speech-language interventions

Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma SLP license
• Oklahoma teaching certification required
• School-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
