About Us:

Soliant Education connects dedicated professionals with schools to enhance student success. Were seeking a full-time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Louisiana. This position is a 1099 contract role, offering the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote speech and language therapy services to students in Louisiana.
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to achieve student goals.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and assist with setting objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license in Louisiana.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience with K-12 students is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy.

Requirements:

  • Pass a technology screening to ensure compatibility with remote therapy tools.
  • Obtain liability insurance before starting the assignment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate as a 1099 contractor.
