ProCare Therapy is working with a reputable school district in Albert Lea, Minnesota to hire alicensed speech language pathologist for the remainder of the current school year. This position will be full time and will offer up to $50/hour.

What youll do:

  • Work onsite 5 days per week.
  • Support a secondary caseload, grades 8th-12th.
  • Conduct initial + re-evaluations and provide recommendations for students.
  • Make recommendations for services + attend IEP meetings.
  • Build rapport and trust with the child you work with.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support teachers and other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

Application requirements:

  • Master's degree required.
  • Active Minnesota SLPlicense required (CCC).
  • Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
  • TB risk assessment within 90 days (only applicable in certain states).

Youll stand out if you have:

  • Experience working in schools.
  • Spent time in special education settings.
  • Any SpEd-specific training or certifications.
