Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an entry level Specimen Processor for our cardiology office in Mahwah.  25 hours a week (please see schedule below)  The processor will prepare samples for shipping, ensuring they are secure and shipped to the correct lab.  You will also be responsible for handling patient medical records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.  You will be responsible for labeling specimen containers and any other materials.  Position will require data entry skills, entering patient demographics into the company database.  Other clerical duites will be assigned when required.

  • Schedule- , Monday and Tuesday's 11am-5pm  Thursday's 11am-6pm and Friday's 9am-3pm  (No Wednesday's) 
  • Pay $17 an hour
  • Location- Mahwah, NJ  Zip code- 07430

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate data entry skills required
  • Ability to ready, write, and speak English fluently
  • Prior Lab or Data Entry experience preferred
