In this role, you will be responsible for managing collections for MCA accounts, conducting skip tracing, executing judgment enforcement strategies, and negotiating payment plans. Your efforts will be critical in maintaining positive cash flow and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections for merchant cash advance accounts, focusing on efficient recovery of outstanding debts.
  • Utilize skip tracing tools and techniques to locate debtors and assets.
  • Implement judgment enforcement strategies, including garnishments and lien placements.
  • Conduct thorough asset searches to identify and recover valuable assets.
  • Collaborate with private investigators and legal teams to execute collection efforts.
  • Negotiate payment plans with debtors while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Document collection efforts and maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2–5 years of experience in collections, with a focus on the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry.
  • Proven expertise in skip tracing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of judgment enforcement processes, including legal procedures for garnishments and liens.
  • Familiarity with asset search tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with private investigators and legal professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM software (experience with Old Meter and Landsass is a plus).
  • An associate degree or higher is required.
