Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional with behavioral experience to join our team In this role, you will support students with behavioral and academic needs, working closely with teachers and staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral challenges
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with students with behavioral needs (required)
- Strong munication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
