$17-$21

**Schedule**

  • Shift Hours for Order picking 9:30-6:00 M-F, When busy may be asked to come in as early as 8:30
  • Hours for Receiving are 8-4:30
  • Hours for Transfer Order are 7-3:30
  • Hours for 2nd shift are 3:30-2

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will receive a picksheet with a list of items to retrieve from the warehouse. Your task is to pick these items and place them in bins for the packaging team to verify accuracy. Maintaining an accuracy rate of around 98 percent is expected, with bonuses available for exceeding this rate. Additionally, you may be asked to unload trucks manually, handling boxes that weigh between 5-35 pounds. These boxes need to be taken out of shipping containers and placed onto pallets for distribution within the warehouse.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Work Environment

You will work in a large warehouse environment with about 40-45 employees. You will collaborate with 3-4 other team members to unload trucks. The warehouse is not temperature controlled in the summer, so it can get warm. The dress code is casual, but hard-toed shoes are required. Shift hours vary: Order picking from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with potential early start at 8:30 AM during busy periods); Receiving from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Transfer Order from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; and 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
