Our client, a prominent and expanding healthcare organization is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for their corporate office located in the Newington, CT area. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll for all multiple locations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure payroll processes align with company policies.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payroll.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee benefits and deductions.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Previous payroll processing experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation.
