Paraprofessional Position

Location: Allendale, ID

Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a Paraprofessional for a full-time position in Allendale, Idaho. The paraprofessional will assist teachers in providing instructional support to students, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education is a plus.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading and record-keeping.
