LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accountant job for the corporate office located in Napa, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as an accountant or full charge bookkeeper using Quickbooks Desktop. The role will be responsible for the processing of all the daily work, maintaining the general ledger and subledgers, preparing monthly and year-end financial statements, daily reconciliations including bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper experience required
- Software experience with Quickbooks Desktop required
- Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting
- Team player, able to work independently, patient, and enthusiastic
- Reliable, a can-do positive attitude, and gets the job done
- Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized
- Strong customer service and communications both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree would be a plus
Experience: 5 years of experience as an Accountant (Accountant, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper)
